Ultimate Routine - Bitten Nails

Apply to bare nails for 2 weeks:

Week 1 - Discourage Nail Biting:

1. Bitten Nail Polish - every 2 days: apply one coat to clean nails and allow to air dry. Reapply every other day without removing the previous coats. After one week, remove the polish using the Oil Remover or Gentle Remover, then repeat the routine the following week.
2. Nail & Cuticle Oil - twice per day: massage a drop into the nails and cuticles.
3. Nourishing Nail Pen - anytime: apply throughout the day to nails and cuticles to enhance the benefits of the care routine. Its travel-friendly format makes it easy to take with you wherever you go.
4. S.O.S. Mask - once a week: at the end of the week, remove the Bitten Nail Polish using the Oil Remover or Gentle Remover. Apply a thick layer of the mask and let it air dry. The next morning, peel it off or rinse away with soapy water.
   

Week 2 - Strengthen:

1. Nail Strengthening Serum - 3 times per day: apply to clean nails. Let it dry until fully absorbed. Reapply 3 times per day.
2. Nail & Cuticle Oil - twice per day: massage a drop into the nails and cuticles.

4. S.O.S. Mask - every 2 days: overnight, apply a thick layer of the mask and let it air dry. The next morning, peel it off or rinse away with soapy water.
   

Repeat the care routine for up to one month if needed.

Glass Bottle: Emptied, cleaned and dried bottles can either be reused or placed in a recycling bin separate from other materials to avoid contamination. If your local municipality does not accept glass for recycling, bottles can be brought to a collection center. No need to remove labeling.

Plastic Cap (Plastic-type #5 - Polypropylene): Clean and remove cap from brush attachment and place in recycling bin or bring to a local collection center.

Nail Brush (Plastic-type #4 - Low Density Polyethylene): Clean and remove cap from brush and place in recycling bin or bring to a local collection center.

Label: No need to remove label as glass recycling processes will remove any labelling

Box (Kraft Paper Box): Paper box can be unfolded and added to paper recycling bin or brought to a local collection center, Kraft paper box can also be added to any compost bin.
